Hytter ved Hærvejshallen, Bække

Very close to the Ancient Road's cycling and hiking route through Bække, you will find three new cabins for overnight stays. 

The 3 new cabins at Hærvejshallen in Bække are for those who hike or cycle on the Ancient Road and would like to have a bed and sleep and tip top basic facilities. The cabins are clad with wood from local forest, handled at a local sawmill and installed by volunteers around Hærvejshallen. The cabins are located next to each other with the façade facing south. 

How the cabins work
With your reservation, you will receive a code for a key box, so you can lock yourself into the cabin as well as into Hærvejshallen itself to use  toilet and shower facilities. One of the cabins has 4 beds, i.e. 2 bunk beds,  while the other two cabins have 2 beds. In front of all the cabins there is a small covered terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the evening sun and birdsong, and where there are tables and chairs. In front of the cabins there is a shared fire pit. The beds are made up when you arrive. Single night and multi-night stays can be booked. The cabins are equipped with a cooking kettle and power outlet, but there is no heating and no water in the cabin itself. As such, there is no access to the kitchen with stove, crockery, etc. Here you need to use your brought and then go for a walk in the supermarket just opposite to stock up. 

The cabins are located adjacent to Hærvejshallen, which is a local gathering point in the local community, although the level of activity is low during the summer holiday period.
